It’s Not Always About The Rate!

If you are a small businesses don’t forget that when it comes to credit card processing, the discount rate may not be the most important factor.

Of course you should pay attention to your bottom line, but the amount of support your sales representative or sales office provides could, and possibly should, be far more valuable.

Which would you prefer; spending $10 or $20 more a month – or – spending hours upon hours of your or your employees time trying to figure out what a “retrieval” is, or why everyone is now calling it a chargeback and what happened to the money now.
